Tolerance and Political Correctness, Really?

The other day Fox radio host Todd Starnes got temporarily banned from posting to his Facebook account because some idiot or idiots complained they didn’t like his last posting. He was making a point about being politically incorrect and the wacko nutjob PC twits complained. This brings me to the issue at hand here in America which is the complete lack of tolerance by those who have differing opinions are controversial subjects. For those morons who are unaware of it there are certain “rights” not guaranteed by the constitution.
You do not have the right to the following:
  • You do not have the right to not be offended. Really? Yes, it just isn’t in the constitution.
  • You do not have the right to insist that folks with opposing viewpoints be silenced. Really? Yes, that isn’t in the constitution either.
  • You do not have the right to tell people that they must conform to your way of thinking and not express themselves either through clothing, appearance or speech. Really? Yeah, that isn’t in the constitution anywhere either.
  • You do not have the right to insist that people don’t use offending language or that they must agree with you and conform. Really? Yeah, that one isn’t covered either.
So while everyone ponders the above thoughts, I think I’ll just sit back and clean my gun while I drink a beer, while smoking a cigarette and eating a greasy cheeseburger. I shall continue to believe that the Islamic movement is a danger to the USA and that there is a complete breakdown of our leaders in Washington, DC. I will continue to refer to Democrats as undercover communists. I shall continue to believe that those who don’t pay taxes should not be able to vote and that any illegal aliens should have their sorry asses thrown out of the country.
You see, its called freedom of speech and freedom of expression and that, yes really, is in the constitution.
You may now return to your regularly scheduled surfing.
